Before joining Enjoin, Sarah was a key architect of organizational transformation, leveraging cutting-edge technology to significantly enhance operational efficiencies and improve team member outcomes. Notably, she successfully restructured and streamlined a coding department of 150 professionals across multiple states, improving performance while building authentic, trust-based relationships with team members. This restructuring resulted in industry-leading coding metrics, recognized as “top performer, best practice” at each Epic Go Live of the multihospital health system. Under Sarah’s leadership, operational improvements were matched by sustained service excellence, ensuring the continued satisfaction of key clients, including CDI, physicians, and executive leadership teams.
