Laura Pait RHIA, CDIP, CCS

Laura Pait, RHIA, CDIP, CCS, Enjoin’s Chief Operating Officer. has over 30 years of hospital and healthcare leadership experience. Laura supports leadership with a primary focus on assisting with the execution of business and operational strategies. She works with leadership to translate strategy into business initiatives and key tasks.

Laura maintains a strong record in business development. Recent years have provided focus on opportunities for improvement by introducing technology solutions that provide operational efficiencies to workforce and advisory solutions and the pre-employment processes.  Laura has served as the subject matter expert in revenue cycle functions and support of all facility, provider, and government business lines while also serving as an internal resource to staff, managers, senior leadership, and partners to foster ongoing performance improvement, client relations, sales strategies, and development of new lines of business.

Laura has served as the North Carolina Health Information Management Association (NCHIMA) President from 2008-2009. On a national stage, Laura is also an active member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and has served as Speaker of the House of Delegates in 2015, served three years on the AHIMA Professional Ethics Committee and is currently serving a three-year term on the AHIMA Revenue Cycle Practice Council.
